You might have a cavity. Best to go see a dentist. If you can't get to a dentist, I suggest Ibrupofen with 800mgs. Works wonders.

Take 800mg or no more than 1000mg of Ibuprofen. It's anti-inflammatory and should relieve pain until you get to the dentist. Never wait when you have a tooth ache because it most likely is a cavity or infection. If it becomes worse like you can't take it anymore, call your dentist's regular # and there should be a message (since they are most likely closed) with number to call in case of an emergency. Take a cotton wool ball and soak it in alcohol and hold firmly between the teeth gum etc. especially if u have a cavity in a molar u can clench your teeth together..cheap and easy till you get to the dentist
